These Terms of Service govern your use of our store and any purchase you make from The Daily Sticks, a co-brand of ADVONCE ("we", "us", "our"). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using our store

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. You must be at least the age of majority in your location, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and natural wood varies in grain, shade and texture. Dimensions are approximate. We may update products, prices and availability at any time without notice.

Product use and safety

Our wooden sticks are sold as craft sticks and, in the case of ADVONCE products, as waxing applicators, unless a product page states otherwise.
If you plan to use any product with food, you are responsible for deciding whether it is suitable for that use. Please check the product page for the latest information.
Waxing sticks are single-use. Use a fresh stick for each application and follow your wax manufacturer's instructions.
Our products are not toys. Adult supervision is recommended for children, and sticks should be kept away from very young children.
Inspect each stick before use. As with any natural wood product, we cannot guarantee that no individual stick will have a rough edge.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in $ and may change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, in which case we will refund any payment made. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or ship the item. We may limit quantities and may cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including logos, images, text and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. The names The Daily Sticks and ADVONCE are our brands.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The store and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
